SolOne has made the decision not to bill on an hourly basis, but to intervene uniquely through fixed-rate service previsions wherein our customers validate our level of performance when deliverables are submitted, as defined in the specifications accepted by SolOne.
All services undertaken (recruitment, consulting or engineering) are subject to control checkpoints at all key steps.
These are defined separately for each service provided and include: an exact determination of the customer’s needs, launch meetings, reports, post-mortem satisfaction assessment, closing meeting, validation of anticipated deliverables or adjustments where necessary, etc.
