December 2016 – 3 questions to …

Cynthia GORNAY, 2D Drafting Group Manager

1- Can you introduce yourself, as well as your role within SolOne?

Hello everyone,

My name is Cynthia GORNAY and I have been working at SolOne since April 2014.

After graduating in Chemistry and Process Engineering, I joined the design department as an industrial designer and then moved on to project management.

My mission as a 2D Project Pilot is to coordinate the teams on the different projects in order to guarantee the return of the deliverables within the deadlines and respecting the required quality.

It is also necessary to adapt our working methodology to the context of intervention specific to each of our clients, this point is essential because the constraints are very different from one client to another.

2- Which positions are currently open as part of your activity?

Our design department is in full development and we have opened several positions to meet our growth in the coming months, whether it is the 2D or 3D pole.

We are therefore looking for beginners or confirmed profiles, if possible having at least completed an internship in industrial engineering. But above all, we are looking for motivated candidates, and we are quite ready to train a good beginner in our business software. Indeed, we have a full internal training course that allows our employees to be operational in the best conditions.

3- Why apply as a candidate for SolOne according to you?

In my opinion, SolOne seeks to develop constantly in new areas, placing its employees at the very center of this evolution.

In search of new employees, SolOne is an innovative company that puts the satisfaction of its employees at the center of its interests!
